絕緣層在焊接溫度下會燃燒掉，因此可直接從線軸上錫焊端部，無需剝除。0.1 mm 的厚度足以橋接抬起的焊盤或沿著電路板走線而不會妨礙。

使用者的應用情境

• 修復斷裂的 PCB 痕跡。 經典用途：橋接斷裂或腐蝕的走線，且線材足夠細薄，可平貼於元件下方。
• 手機與小型電路板維修。 在走線抬起的焊盤之間跳線，常見於受水損的板子。
• 繞製線圈與電感。 客製化電感、小型變壓器、RFID 與感應線圈。
• 原型跳線。 當一般跳線過於笨重時的替代方案。

使用方式

• 無需剝除。 在一般焊接溫度下給端部錫焊，絕緣層會自行燃燒。約 320°C 效果良好。
• 先給端部錫焊再放置。 比在擁擠的板上直接錫焊更為簡便。
• 它是細線，請輕柔操作。 0.1 mm 時若拉扯會斷裂，請妥善固定兩端。
• 絕緣層即為絕緣材料。 燃燒後會變成裸銅，若與其他走線相近，請保持錫焊段較短。
