Was dieses Werkzeug ist und was es nicht ist

Dies ist eine handgehaltene elektrische Entlötpumpe. Das 30 W‑Element erhitzt die Lötstelle und ein federbelastetes Vakuum zieht das Lot durch dieselbe Düse heraus, sodass Sie nicht erst den Lötkolben absetzen und dann eine Entlötpumpe greifen, während das Lot erstarrt. Für das Entfernen von Durchsteckbauteilen von einer Platine ist es das günstigste Werkzeug, das den Vorgang wirklich verbessert.

Es ist keine Entlötstation. Es gibt keine Temperaturregelung, keine motorbetriebene Pumpe und kein Display. 📌 Kein Dampfabscheider

So verwenden Sie den YIHUA 929D‑V

Direkt aus der offiziellen YIHUA‑Bedienungsanleitung.

1. Nur beim ersten Gebrauch: Bedecken Sie die Düse vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit einer frischen Lötlage, vorzugsweise mit Kolophonium‑Lötzinn. Das verhindert Oxidation beim ersten Erhitzen.
2. Einstecken und vorheizen für 3 bis 5 Minuten, dann den Kolben nach unten drücken, um das Vakuum zu aktivieren.
3. Pin abdecken mit der Düse und die Lötstelle vollständig schmelzen lassen. Dieser Schritt wird häufig zu schnell durchgeführt.
4. Entlötknopf drücken um das Lot herauszuziehen, dann sauber abheben.
5. Netzkabel trennen nach Abschluss. Dieses Werkzeug hat keinen Standby‑Modus.

💡 Wenn ein Pin an der Lochseite festsitzt
Nicht mit Gewalt lösen. Frischen Lötzinn hinzufügen, um die Lötstelle korrekt zu schmelzen, dann die Düse hin‑ und herbewegen, sodass der Pin mitbewegt wird. Sobald der Pin von der Seitenwand befreit ist, den Knopf drücken und extrahieren. Bei alten Platinen mit verschmutzten Lötstellen sorgt frischer Lötzinn für ein saubereres Ergebnis.

Bleibt nach dem Vorgang noch Lot im Loch, löten Sie die Lötstelle erneut und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, anstatt das Lot zu entfernen.

Reinigung und Wartung

Damit entscheidet sich, ob das Werkzeug einen Monat oder Jahre hält. Drei Teile werden gereinigt, jedes auf eigene Weise.

Die Düse, nach jeder Anwendung

Werkzeug etwa drei Minuten erhitzen, dann den mitgelieferten Reinigungsstift durch die Düse schieben, um sie zu säubern. Anschließend mit einer frischen Lötlage verzinnen, bevor Sie sie verstauen. Eine verschmutzte und nicht verzinste Düse oxidiert, und eine oxidierte Düse ist der häufigste Grund für vermeintliche Ausfälle.

Das Heizelement, wenn die Saugkraft nachlässt

Abkühlen lassen, dann Düse und Zinn‑Aufbewahrungstube entfernen. Werkzeug wieder einstecken und etwa drei Minuten erhitzen, damit das im Element befindliche Lot schmilzt. Anschließend das innere Loch mit dem Reinigungsstift säubern. Das Lot muss vorher flüssig sein, sonst gelingt die Reinigung nicht.

Passiert der Reinigungsstift das innere Loch selbst bei flüssigem Lot nicht, muss das Heizelement ausgetauscht werden.

Die Zinn‑Aufbewahrungstube, sobald sich Lot ansammelt

Ausschalten und vollständig abkühlen lassen. Die Aufbewahrungstube anheben, herausziehen, öffnen und das überschüssige Lot auskippen. Eine Anhäufung von Altlot reduziert die Saugkraft; das Entfernen dauert etwa dreißig Sekunden.

Umgang mit einer oxidierten Düse

Eine Oxidationsschicht lässt die Düse scheinbar nicht mehr erhitzen, obwohl das darunterliegende Element noch heiß ist. Nicht durch Erhöhen der Leistung reagieren.

1. Heizelement etwa drei Minuten erwärmen, dann die Düse vorsichtig in einer Kugel Messingwolle reiben.
2. Sobald ein Teil der Oxidation abgeht, Lötzinn auf die Düse geben und weiter reiben, bis sie vollständig beschichtet ist.
3. Ist die Düse zu stark beschädigt, ersetzen Sie sie. Düsen sind Verschleißteile.

💡 Drei Dinge, die Sie vermeiden sollten
Niemals eine Metallfeile für die Düse verwenden. Nie stärker drücken, um die Wärmeübertragung zu verbessern – das wirkt nicht und beschädigt die Düse. Nie die Düse wechseln, bevor das Werkzeug vollständig abgekühlt ist.
