هذا ليس لحامًا. إنه سلك نحاسي مطلي بالمينا ناعم، يُسمى أحيانًا سلك المغناطيس، ويقوم بمهمتين على طاولة الإلكترونيات: إصلاح مسارات لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة (PCB) المكسورة ولف الملفات والمحاثات الخاصة بك.

عزل المينا يحترق عند درجة حرارة اللحام، لذا يمكنك قصه مباشرة من البكرة دون نزع أي شيء. عند 0.1 مم، يكون رفيعًا بما يكفي لسد وسادة مرفوعة أو التمرير على طول اللوحة دون أن يعيق الطريق.

ما يستخدمه الناس من أجله

• إصلاح مسارات لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة (PCB) المكسورة. الاستخدام الكلاسيكي. جسر مسار مقطوع أو متآكل، والسلك رقيق بما يكفي ليجلس مسطحًا تحت المكون.

• قم بقصه قبل وضعه. أسهل بكثير من محاولة قصه في مكانه على لوحة مزدحمة.
• إنه سلك رفيع، تعامل معه بلطف. عند 0.1 مم سينقطع إذا شددته. ثبت كلا الطرفين بشكل صحيح.
• المينا هي العازل. بمجرد حرق المينا يصبح نحاسًا عاريًا، لذا اجعل طول الطلاء بالقصدير قصيرًا إذا كان قريبًا من مسارات أخرى.
